Abundance
‘The last of the day slides down the wall
I’m squeezing light from the last of the leftovers
Stillness surround like a warm blanket,
Snuggling with life as it is
Darkness holds an odour of sweetness
Moonflowers like church bells in a gentle breeze
Birds are murmuring softly in the oak
Faintly witnessing my vision
Nature has created a soft, stirring collage
Living fully right now in witness to the possibility of community
Soft yellow pollen are floating on the chill
And the world is sharing its blooms in abundance with joy’
